New Feature/Enhancement

 

 

1. Improves the stability and reliability.

2. Enhances security protection.

3. Fixes the issue that EAP ACL deny and URL Filter cannot take effect correctly.

4. Fixes the issue of mesh network working abnormally in some specific scenarios.

5. Fixes the issue that the clients can manage the EAP through Standalone Web via specific port when they connect to the SSID without passing the Portal authentication.

6. Fixes the issue of incorrect display of channel bandwidth.

7. Fixes the issue that clients cannot pass Portal authentication in some special cases when Dynamic VLAN is configured together with Portal Authentication.

8. Fixes the issue of incorrect format of Inform URL displayed on the Standalone web.

9. Fixes the issue of channel hopping abnormality after EAP detects radar signals.

10. Fixes the issue that the client can get the IP address of the default VLAN without passing MAC authentication;

 

Firmware Download

 

Attention:

1. Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!

2. Please ensure that you know which version (EU/US/CA/JP/EG) you shall use on your Omada EAP devices before you download the following EAP firmware.

EAP650(EU_US)_v2_1.1.0_Build20240409(Pre-release)

 

Notes:

 

(1) The above firmware is applied toEAP650-Wall(EU/HK)_v2, EAP650(EU/US)_v2

(2) Your device’s configuration won’t be lost after upgrading.

(3) The above firmware is fully adapted to Omada SDN Controller v5.9.
