Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2 Build 20240324 Rel.46738

I get this error

 

"Unable to add Hardware Controller or Integrated Router. Unknown error."

 

when trying to add the to cloud controller management

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

This is to add the hardware controller where the hardware controller has a QR code on the label. You can scan that and add it to your TP-Link ID.

It does not bind the product like the router/switch/APs. They are not added in this way.

 

A basic intro about the product and discovery/adoption. Or you may refer to the User Guide of the Controller to start this setup.

What should I do when the Omada Software Controller (V4) fails to discover the devices?

 

Integrated router means the ER7212PC. The only model we have now, the 3-in-1.
