I'm encountering two frustrating bugs in the Community forum software:

  1. When I go to my "User Center" page it says I have n number of posts, but the "My Posts" section lists only a few (many fewer than n).  How do I get it to display ALL my posts?
  2. When I create a new post, the "Subscribe" checkbox is checked, but I have to manually go back to the post and re-select "Subscribe" if I want to get notifications.  Can this be fixed?

Thanks

  @jhg6308

Regarding the issues with the Community forum software, it seems like you’re encountering discrepancies in post counting and problems with subscription settings. For the first issue, it might be useful to clear your browser cache or try accessing the forum from a different browser to see if the count corrects itself. If the problem persists, it would be worth contacting the technical support to ensure that all posts are being tracked correctly. For the subscription issue, this might be a bug that needs to be flagged with the developers. Ensuring these features work correctly is crucial for maintaining active and engaged discussions on your forum.
