Hi All.

 

Trying to connect to my Chromecast and Roku TV, and my wifi will not work.

 

It does work on my laptop, and my phone, but just won't connect with my chromecast or Roku.

 

Any advice welcome, I have already tried swapping the channel to 6 and 11.

If a specific device is having trouble connecting to the EAP Wi-Fi network:
    1) Check the BlockList on the EAP web interface or controller page.
    2) Update the driver of the wireless client device.
    3) Change the encryption method into "WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK" to improve compatibility with older devices, or create an open network for the two devices.
    4) Update the firmware version of the EAP device.
