Dirty upgrade from 5.15.6.4. Everything seems to be working fine, but the cloud firmware pool is now empty - no firmwares for any of my devices in any category. Before the upgrade it was showing the release firmwares for everything and betas for some.

  @MrAdministrator

I've noticed the same...I thought however that rather than this being a bug, that TPL may have pulled those firmwares making them unavailable for whatever reason.

I doubt they pulled the firmwares on the cloud pool, they were present immediately before I upgraded (I checked). It might be that the firmwares have to be approved for a given controller version, and something like a new beta version hasn't been approved yet, which might be a recurring theme with new betas if so.

Hi @Vincent-TP Yes...since Cloud Access is a setting within the admin UI, it makes sense for the main admin (whether cloud or local) to be able to change that setting, as the admin account can with any other settings for the site. The Cloud main admin has the ability to login locally directly from the local server running Omada, so why not allow the Cloud main administrator to make changes when they're logged in locally from the Omada controller?

@Shoresy

The process of logging into a controller with a cloud account (whether locally or via cloud) requires cloud access. If given the cloud account the option to disable cloud access, it will disconnect the connection. It's like disabling yourself, which is unreasonable.

Note to self...
never try an update if you are not well rested...

You're absolutely right of course and with dpkg it went smoothly.

I don't see any way to toggle the firmware management feature. I did turn off then on the early access program with no success.

As you can see at the bottom, there are no firmwares or devices listed of any kind. Immediately before the update, I checked this page (I was curious if different firmwares would be available....) and every device I manage had firmware listed under the "Stable" tab, with some having firmwares listed under "Beta".

Finally got around to install this on my home Ubuntu 20 VM.  All seems to be working.  Even remote access.

Seems smooth so far!

Do I need to contact support with this case ID? Or is there another avenue to submit whatever information is needed?

Edit: nevermind, support contacted me.

I'm seeing the same issue with the firmware(s) not showing up...seems to be related to the Omada release and not a localized user issue.
