TL-ER5120 disconnection problem

Hi there,
i have a load balancer router TL-ER5120 configured with two wan provider with PPPOA protocol.
The provider info login/password are in the modems, each modem have the DHCP active, there's any provider configuration in the balacer.
System mode is configured in classic mode.
Load balance is configured with "enable application optionmaied routing" checked.
I have a disconnection problem when with skype and other VOIP software, the connection goes down and goes up frequently.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
