LACP is layer 2 tech, it has nothing with the IP address...Bond port 1 and 8 right? Then what's "tag it to port 6"?

Hi, hklt0110

Do you need Load Balancing on Windows via two ISP?

You need two Ethernet Cards on your Server and two VLANs on your switch.

Sample configuration below.

I. Configure LINK TYPE / PVID:

PORT 1 (ISP 1): PVID: 10; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 2 (ISP 2): PVID: 11; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 3 (Windows NIC1): PVID: 10; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG
PORT 4 (Windows NIC2): PVID: 11; Link type: ACCESS; Egress RULE: UNTAG

See TP-Link TL-SG3210 User Guide Port Config

II. Create VLANs:
VLAN ID: 10; Description: ISP1; Members: port 1, 3
VLAN ID: 11; Description: ISP2; Members: port 2, 4

See TP-Link TL-SG3210 VLAN Config

III. Configure NIC1 on Windows Server (ISP1 ip/netmask/gateway);

IV. Configure NIC2 on Windows Server (ISP2 ip/netmask/gateway).
