Die Einrichtung hat soweit funktioniert, allerdings läuft nur das Internet und das Telefonieren raus. Anrufe auf unsere Telefonnummer funktionieren nicht.

May I confirm the problem is your phone can not receive calls or can not call out?
If former, it is suggested to follow the guide to check the settings: Unable to receive calls via Telephony service with TP-Link Telephony modem router
If latter, it is suggested to follow the guide to check the settings: Unable to call out via the Internet with TP-Link Telephony modem router
You may also contact local technical suppport for direct help.
BTW, what is the model of your phone?
