Access Point Randomly Leave the Internet
I am sharing my experirnce with you and your team.
I installed 6 AP EAP-225 outdoor in a home. 2 in basement ,2 in the ground floor and 2 in the first floor,in each floor I used 8 ports, POE switch 10/100 in each floor meant 3 switches were used, switches brand(hikvision),and OC-200 hardware controller.
i faced at random time AP point does not provide the internet access and you are standing in the front of AP ,signal strength is full but users were not allowed to access the network and internet, and 40 to 50 minutes were required to get rid of this problem automatically or need to restart the device AP.At this time i checked the controller behaviour that was fine and shows connected each device. And once I restart the AP it was shown isolated after 3 minutes, so I did restart again till it showed connected devices.
As per forums it was written when the device is isolated it means there is cable problem.I also enguaded the tp-link supports they checked everything in detail over the remote session and advised to check the wires in detail. And at this switch cameras are connected and these were working fine.
As per my testing, I replaced the switch with another brand for checking,And result was positive. Now APs are working perfectly.there is no internet breaking and this was tested with 2 switches Ground and first and these are working fine.
I was confused if there is a switching problem. Omada should generate the logs.I checked installed pervious installed same model another new switch but faced same problem.
Alhamdulliah,I got rid of this problem after a week.with changes of switches to another brand.
