ER605 V2 features

hi, I am new to this hardware and I was wondering about some questions:
I hope it doesnt sound too demanding, and that it can be easy to answer to some expert about this device. thanks
1. I have 2 isp's at home, providing 1 lan each, I understand that this device can load balance/failover, but is it possible to detect (I assume yes) and alert when one link is down, or degraded?
2. is it possible to make some pc's (my kids's and their games) to be routed to one link without load balance so they always stay on the same ISP, and other pc's to use the load balance or failover option?
3. is it possible to block per PC (per mac/ip, preferably by mac), to access certain sites (gaming) at some determined times? so they can't play all day.
thanks a lot

- YES, it can auto-failover, and will produce a log entry
2. is it possible to make some pc's (my kids's and their games) to be routed to one link without load balance so they always stay on the same ISP, and other pc's to use the load balance or failover option?
- YES, using policy routing you can force vlans to use any configured WAN permenantly

- YES, using the firewall ACL rules and creating a "Time" entry for them, although in standalone this is a bit more complex. There is a freature on its way that will make this easier (Content Blocking)

1. Can detect when it is down. We do not detect when it degrades.
For more details, see the guide on the home page.
2. Enable Application Optimized Routing. Supported.
3. Yes. DPI or ACL.
