I have a problem with my switch, TL=SG3210, I bought 2 months ago, I set up, and all goes well, a few days ago I can not connect to it on the web interface, I disconnected from power, we managed to connect to it from home, but now I can not connect via internet, no matter what I do, a little help please?

Hardware version and firmware version of your SG3210?
Reset and reconfigure it?

Thanks for answers, i will do this, need to change this equipment to maintain my network in service, but i will do this in the next days! Thanks again for de answer

Ok now i found the hardware version and firmware

Hardware version is TL-SG3210 1.0
Firmware version is 1.9.2. Build 20130527 Rel 59782

Is any update for my switch please?
