I want to be get the WAN IP (public ip) address without using an external service or using DDNS (which also relies on some service) and just querying the router. I know I can get this by logging in, but want to be able to do so via command line either via REST API or WGET and passing in user/password and getting the output. Can this be done and does anyone have an example?
