I just purchased a TL-SF1008P and 2 FI9821W V2 cameras from Foscam. I've plugged up both cameras to the switch and neither will power over POE. I also tried plugging up each individually. I'm quite confident that these cameras do not exceed the POE power requirements. I saw some discussion about Standard and Passive POE. How do I determine which standards these cameras support? I've reached out to Foscam but have not heard back yet.

As I searched online, it seems that FI9821W has no PoE function.
In this case, to power them on, you have to use SF1008P and POE10R.
