ER604W Stopped working

ER604W Stopped working

As subject indicates, ER604W suddenly not working. Relocating equipment, router was working correctly, reconnect in new location and only the pwr light comes on. Reset button not triggerng anything, no ports lighting. When I power off and on, all light blink once then go off except for power. I'm suspecting that it has completely failed at this point unless there's another way to reset it. There is supposed to be a 5 year warranty on the router, what do I need to do to initiate replacement?
