How to connect tplink 3g supported router to tl-r480t+

Hi I have not enough networking knowledge. I have bough tl-r480t+ router to combine multiple WAN for voip traffic.As in our area there is only 3g/4g broad band. No dsl . So for 3g/4g i bought an othe tplink router with 3g support. Now i plug the USB is 3g router and configure its usb portion.Then when i connect my pc to this router its working fine access to the internetNow my question is that how can i connect it to the tl-r480 router???Throug lan-wanPlz help me about this configuration.Thanks in advance
