I'm trying to access the OC300 controller to reduce the shadow area between the 20 access points spread throughout the company. This is because when I activate fast roaming via the mobile app, the card machines fail to connect. I need help connecting to the controller to try to resolve the issue, as, in addition, people are reporting slow internet speeds, which is related to the fact that the devices are not switching between access points.
