Unable to obtain anything other than a /64 IPv6 prefix

I'm only able to get a /64 IPv6 prefix from my ISP. They suggested trying:
- Sending a prefix hint with a requested prefix - omada controller does not support this, standalone gateway does not support this
- Sending a requested prefix size - I've tried setting it to many different values (56, 68, 60) but I only receive a /64
- Enable "send prefix hint" - there is no setting in the omada controller nor in the standalone gateway interface
- Force prefix release - there is not setting in the omada controller to release the IPv6 prefix, release/renew from the standalone interface results in the /64 prefix delegation
- Reset DUID - there is no controller or standalone setting to reset or configure a custom DUID
I also tried an ER7206 in standalone mode and it would also only get a /64 prefix
Has anyone had this behavior and successfully managed to get a prefix other than a /64 ?

Thanks for posting here.
You can try Pass-Though (Bridge) mode:
Pass-Through(Bridge):In Pass-Through (Bridge) mode, the gateway works as a transparent bridge. The IPv6 packets received from the WAN port will be transparently forwarded to the LAN port and vice versa. No extra parameter is required. That is to say, it will get whatever your ISP modem provides.
