TL-ER604W allowing guest Wifi clients to access remote IPSEC VPN networks

I believe I have this router setup properly. As the subject says, my issue is that a Wifi SSID configured to be a "guest" network is able to see remote networks I have configured as IPSEC VPNs.
IE, local network is 192.168.7.x, I have a remote site that is 192.168.1.x. Guest wifi clients can ping computers on the 1.x network and even browse/connect to them.
How can I stop this? It seems kind of pointless to have the guest functionality if it doesn't even secure it away from VPN connections.
