In terms of using Station A's CPE510 as a repeater how much of a throughput penalty would expect that to incur?

theoretical speed for the CPE510 is 300 Mbps maximum via wireless if used with 40 MHz channel width for the distance is better use 20 MHz channel width but no work to 300Mbps only 150 Mbps.
Another limitation you will find will be the LAN port, this works only at 100Mbps so the speed will no longer be 150Mbps if not 100Mbps ..

Now can not coexist at the same instant of time a chain Tx and a chain Rx which will theoretically reduce in half, which would be 75Mbps in the wireless, but in practice is less than that, considering the factors of the environment (noise, LoS , Fresnel distance) and the equipment (working mode, power safety), you could go down to less than 30Mbps ...

you should try ...
