Hi, I would like to use 4 port with bandwidth control. I have port 2, 3, 4 and 5 set to Ingress Rate 2048 and Egress Rate 10240.
But when I start a Speed test, only the Download Rate is limited. The Upload is completely unrestricted.
Do I have to adjust something else?

Works for me (tested with TL-SG108E and TL-SG108PE @latest firmware using iperf):
Ingress bandwidth 2048 Kbps, egress 10240 Kbps:

Unlimited bandwidth:
Initial spikes probably come from buffering.
Which speed test did you use?
