LED on/off and EAP Controller Software

Hello Guys,
2 Points.
If i configure the Setting LED on/off to OFF while my EAP isn't adopted to my Controller the LED goes off like it should.
If i then adopt the EAP the LED goes on again and theres no way to Access the EAP directly because of wrong username / password (everytime after adopting)
and no way to set LED OFF with Controller Software.
Second Point, the terms of Use field is much to short.
