Hi friends, rencently i started to have problems with the WBS510. In a moment you can see all clients connected to the AP but in a random time the divice shows 0 clients connected. When the WBS510 is rebooted all CPE clients have connection and the divice shows all clients connected again.

Anyone have had the same problem? Do you have a possible solution for this?

Greetings from Argentina!!!

Enable ping watch dog on WBS510. see the screenshot.

If doesn't work. tell me more about your network.
1. What is your network topology like? Is it a p2mp network? Including how many CPE clients are there? and what are they?(Model) How far are the CPE clients away from the WBS?
2. The firmware and hardware version of your WBS510? What antenna does your WBS 510 work with?

Hi! Thanks' s for answer, now i'll show you the configuration of the network

-Topology: ESS
- Is a p2mp network
- The number of the CPE's is variated, some WBS may have 9 clients connected and anotherone may have 23 or 40 clients connected and the problem is the same on both of them
- The CPE's can be CPE510, Ubiquiti LiteBeam and some NanoStation M5 or M5 loco
- The antenna is a TP - Link 5 ghz 19 dbi 2x2 MIMO Sector antenna TL.ANT5819MS
- The firmware's are the following:
-1.3.3 Build 20160907 Rel. 51220
-1.3.3 Build 20160705 Rel. 52453
-1.3.3 Build 20151215 Rel. 5855
-2.0.0 Build 20161117 Rel. 38185

That´s all, if you need more information just tell me, but until now we have not been able to give a solution.

Greetings!!!

@ernieball17

good day to all

i'm having the same issue

clients keep droping some in 2-3 hours sometimes after 24 hours.

when i check the WBS510 page ang check clients connected it will show me connected around 10 seconds.

but the uptime of the wbs510 is aroung 12hours.

i have around 8 WBS510 and it is realy frustrating that this is happening. anyone find a solution or any one can share what did you check,
