@Hashi_Diaa Are you trying to update via app or Web UI? If from web UI, did you download the correct firmware file? Also, make sure no other device is connected to the Deco units during the update

@palroj Since you have ISP router, try setting the Decos in Access point mode & see if that improves the speed
