@umutsati If you have set up a Tagged VOIP VLAN, then the controller will make it the highest priority by default, you don't need to set anything in the VLAN, look at this：

@Ricardopina If the reset EAP does not work, suggest try differnet socket. Still no power on, is it the original power supply? If so, and the POE adapter lights up normally, suspect a hardware...

@DaKings As far as I know, USB WAN is unable to serve as a VPN Server.
