@doremifajb It may be because the EAP detected the radar signal after you changed the EAP's Tx power and triggered the DFS mechanism.

@iamjoshua As far as I know, tplink does not currently have any devices that can support WAN LAG. Hopefully they will bring this up later.

@wolfius The default time for online detection in standalone mode is 2 minutes, so you need to wait a bit. You can set online detection to manually and try pinging 8.8.8.8 instead of 1.1.1.1.

@Petrox I think it is possible. But the first EAP need be powered by 802.3at POE+, and the output power is just enough to power an EAP615-wall.
