@joems Is this a problem after upgrading to controller 5.4.6? Or has it always been like this? What errors are reported when you click on Details? You could try rebooting the PC.

@Noobster22 Do you use a POE switch to power it? This camera can be not only powered by POE switch, but also by normal power cord.

@dantemontech The controller interface you provided is probably an older version of the V3 controller, but your EAPs are all very new firmware versions and are adapted to controller V4 and above....
