@ZandrM TPlink's router seems like are limited to one per WAN port（at least I think so）, can other brands have one per VLAN interface? (just for curious)

@rdude Actually you can go to tp website with this domain"tp-link.com" by yourself, and when the website appears, enter the number 2060,726 directly into the search box(one by one) and you will see...

@Yos It seems to me that this router may not do what you want, I see that the FAQ says it's IP based, but it's clear that your needs are based on ports, hmmm.... Load balance isn't used as this way....

@Victorola I‘m a little bit comfused can you ping through the CPE's IP address on this PC? Maybe you can try a different PC. And actually I had a similar situation before(a little bit difference lol)...
