Restore the device to factory defaults. And in default setttings, both 2.4 and 5GHz concurrently option is selected, right? How about 5GHz status on Status page?

Restart it and you should be able to login. It is a known issue.

If you reset it successfully, all the settings should go to factory defaults. When you reset it, can you see any changes of indicators? If nothing happens, you router should be faulty.

Two WA801 are configured Static IPs? If you restart them, can you login? Tried different computers?
