can someone provide the recommended cat5 cable so I can run my TP-Link TL-WA5210G with Power over Ethernet?

I have a 130 foot run of Cat 5 that runs other PoE devices just fine, but TP-Link TL-WA5210G doesn't work because the cable is 'non-branded'? So what brand does it have to be?
