@ZNikke I have never tested this and its a bit of a niche setup until you sort the cables, but im not familiar with anything that might prevent adoption over wifi as long as - the SSID isnt in guest...

to correct my previous post EAP650 v1 / v1.2 needs 1.3.6 installed first, which only seems available on US site for manual update, then controller can push 1.3.7 EAP653 v1 / 1.2 does not need 1.3.6...
