@QuietAdmin I had same scenario with same errors. 1) I downgraded Linux Omada Controller to 5.7.4 (or something) 2) migrated from OC200 to Linux Omada -> worked 3) Upgraded Linux Omada to 5.9.9 4)...

@mwo have you tried to "reset" the switch and just run it WITHOUT controller, like a dumb switch? does the problem appear then?
