Got it to work after reading other threads. Switched to Manual Mode for online detection for each port and turned Load Balancing back on.

I have a broadband connection on WAN and an LTE modem connected to my WAN/LAN1 port. I need to configure it to only use the WAN/LAN1 port when the WAN port fails, but that's not how it's working....
