I use arpwatch on my custom routers to be notified of new hardware connections and this simple feature would be very handy on all managed routers.

There's another suggestion with more votes for arbitrary DDNS services that you should probably go vote for.

Even more importantly for me, 2.5Gbit Omada switches with PoE support for WiFI APs that support > 1Gbit connections.

This would be a fantastic way to get around the certificate not being recognized error in browsers without having to purchase or use an existing cert on these devices.
