@APRC-P3-Tel The controller provides the portal which should be the one you are looking for. Portal can set the speed and data cap. The router itself does not handle this and portal-related job.

@AleCalixto Isn't it the reason why a load-balancing router exists? It makes you feel nothing when one of the WANs is down and your service is uninterrupted. No offense. You can set up the controller...
