@d0ugmac1 The issue was a filtering device called Bark. Once I turned it off forwarding acted like it should. Thanks for your insites.

@d0ugmac1 I deleted the ACL entry and activated the NATDMZ pointing toward the server. No change.

@d0ugmac1 Not sure of the point you are making. I have only forwarded at this point 3 ports. I added the ACL from advice rendered. Are you saying that I am forwarding all ports via the ACL?
