@Leeroy_J PPTP uses TCP port 1723, while OpenVPN defaults to port 1194. This difference in ports could be a the reason.

Hi @Leeroy_J On the controller, you can see the OpenVPN connection, while you can't ping the RDP IP, this is mostly because the connection is blocked by the firewall or anti-virus software of the RDP...
