After replacing a router, i dont get any history data from temp sensors anymore. Only 24h data is displayed. I have hub H100. Hub connection status is light. Could that be an issue? How to change it?...

Switch can not connect to cloud, server. it is working only locally. Also can not update firmware. Other devices works OK
