@Ryan I have no idea of what hardware version. Where do I find it? Also you say about putting my card into Laptop but the instruction manuals says do not format on pc ONLY in camera??

@SKNerissa I referred to the special information on the website and it said 512 can be used.

@SKNerissa the list of approved cards says you can use Sandisk 256g so why are you now telling me that I can't use a 256g but only a 128gb? So the list the Tapo give online is wrong?

I purchased a c200 from Currys. Camera works well but as soon as I put the brand new Sandisk 512gb into the camera, it wouldn't reformat it and although I tried numerous times, it wouldn't not...
