It seems 3TB is not supported. There is explaination about it. http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=603 As to settings page, maybe it is an update for some reason...

ISP connection type should be PPPoE or PPPoA? If the latter, then it is totally run. PPPoA is not supported on C7.

Stello, lights on the router are normal? Any IP address obtained? Can you ping it? If hard reset won't make a difference, probably it is faulty. You can claim for warranty.

What's the IP number of your modem? Is there IP conflict if you change router's IP to 192.168.1.1? Try a different one like 192.168.2.1. Does it work?

You are trying to change it to 192.168.1.2 or 192.1.1.2? 192.168.1.2 should work...
