It is not supported and it won't be added in future. NC200 only supports HTTP protocol. ONVIF and RTSP are not supported.

Upgrade the latest firmware. http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TD-W8970_V3.html#Firmware Reset and reconfigure it. If it is the same, get a replacement under warranty.

W9980 doesn't support G.Vector As I know, W9970 and VR900 support it. But maybe they are not available in Netherlands. Have a check with local stores.
