I have been having issue connecting to my clould platform, It loads to about 90% and stops. I tried different browsers and got the same issue. Can anyone assist?

What exactly does the third option "Unlimted for Usage" really means? I create a voucher that was set to this with a duration of 30 mins for each client but the voucher expired after the first client...

It's not available on mine. I was told I'd have to upgrade to V 5.13

The controller is at the latest. I'll just wait until the V5.13 is released.
