Please advise Deco M9 Plus - How to set Fixed IP in AP mode ?

Hi my decos are having lan sport speeds downgraded randomly from 1000 Mbps to 100 Mbps, all my cables connected to them are cat6 certified and have checked them they don't have shorts or anything, for

I updated my internet but the deco didn't recognize it and it still gives me the same speed as before. what should i do? should i resetup the decos or is there an option that lets me get the full conn
