I turned on the guest network and connected a tv. I also connected my phone. I used a ping software and I was able to use my phone to ping the tv across the guest network. That's not supposed to happe

I have a ER7206 and TL-SG1024DE with a POE switch. I have this already setup with cameras which are poe. I was wondering if I want to use the oc200 would I need to reconnect all of the Poe cameras man
