I can’t download video on my C500 even though I am on the same network. I don’t have any VPN. I've tried in my iphone and samsung with Tapo App. There are no other wifi in my house.

I subscribed for tapo care however i cant use the cloud to save all the activities captured by the camera. theres no option to select whether if i use cloud or sd card.
