Any type of WiFi link on Meta Quest 3 is unplayable.

When I try to play ANY game on my quest 3 using ANY kind of wifi link (Virtual Desktop, Steam Link, Meta AirLink), I get abysmal performance. The game runs perfectly, but then I get terrible latency.
