Planning to buy a set of Decos, do I still need a Modem?

Hi everyone, I have a 200mbs plan (FTTC) with an old modem, actual speed 60mbs. A) I do need to upgrade to a mesh wifi system, which one would be a good compromise between budget and future proof? B)
