Speed Limit on the deco app

there is no option to controll the speed of each user in the deco app.. How can i contrroll the speed of otherrs user

What is the problem or flaw with Deco X50v1.30 that it is not working with the new update? It does not have any new features or any improved services. The f*** link is discriminating against us.
