[HELP] M7300 network issues

While my device is wired to my PC it gives my PC a local 192.168.x.x IP address rather than a public/dynamic one.
As a result I've had games complaining about ports that needs to be opened.
Turning off the DHCP doesn't seem to resolve my issue, what other options are there?
