Hello,

I bought the system around three weeks ago and have been using it in the default router mode, with the main being connected to my gateway in the basement and the other two connected wireless on each floor. I have noticed my speeds are quite low and the two routers connected wirelessly tend to lose signal and flash red for a few seconds before fixing itself.

Is it possible to improve performance/speed if I plug in the other two routers to the CAT5 ports in my house in Access Point mode? If so, do I need to change from the created Deco SSID to my main gateway SSID?

Hi Naiar, yes, the connection will be faster and more stable in AP mode, you can try that first. And you can still keep the SSID as you like.
