TL-WR840N v2 Dropping Connection - Needs to restart after

Model: TL-WR840N (BR)
Hardware Version: WR840N v2 00000000
Firmware Version: 3.16.9 Build 150909 Rel.75475n
I have this TP-LINK router for more than a year. No problems until now.
I recently bought a new Dell 7460 laptop (Windows 10 Pro), which comes with a Qualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless Adapter.
Since then, when I'm using the internet through wi-fi sometimes the connection is lost and no other gadget can access it anymore until I reset the router.
At home I can have from 2 to 6 gadgets connected at the same time (tv, ps4, laptop and cellphones), but only when the Dell 7460 connects, the router is affected.
Sometimes, I just turn the laptop on and the wi-fi goes down. And sometimes I can navigate for hours without a problem.
I've tested the laptop at work (unknown router) and at another location (TP-Link TL-WR740N) without experiencing this issue.
Could you help me with this problem?

Hello,
I have this same problem. TL-WR840N with a Dell notebook on Wifi, sometimes the router freezes, and only a manual restart to put it at working again.
I'm using the last version of firmware ( 3.16.9 Build 150909 Rel.75475n) and tp-link don't made a new firmware ever since.
Regards

Hello, I'm in the same situation with a newly updated Wr840N to the TL-WR840N_V2_150909_BR firmware. I use a Dell E4300 on the wired network and I can attest that it still works even with the wireless network problem by allowing me to change the channel setting from automatic to 8 by re-establishing the wireless network without having to reset the Wr840N. Apparently the wireless network stopped when turning on the Dell, but reinforcement that I use in the wired network and with the wireless network inactive.
Dell network adapters are Broadcom 802.11b / g Wireless Network Adapter and Intel 82567LM ICH9M (E +) Gigabit Ethernet Controller
